We agree that if we are approved to open an  account that  the details supplied to open this account are current, complete and accurate. We agree to promptly update our account and other information, including our email address, delivery address, delivery contact numbers and postcodes. We also agree that that all orders placed by me/us shall be subject to your Standard Terms & conditions

Prices & VAT

All prices are quoted net of VAT and may be subject to alteration at any time and without prior notification. Prices are correct at time of going to press, errors and omissions excepted. Invoices and statements are delivered by email. Customers requiring invoices and statements to be posted will be charged €1.50 + VAT per order. Customers can update their email preferences at any time by emailing: info@wildeirishchocolates.com or contacting us at 00353 -61922080.

Basis of sale of goods.

No goods are sold on a “Sale or Return” basis. All orders placed are on a proforma basis. Orders for standard items may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch with our consent and a full refund will be provided minus the card providers administration fees.
